Slaw
Coney - Grill New England
style hot dog bun with garlic butter, use an "all
beef" hot dog and top with our coney sauce
and cole slaw.
Stuffed
Cabbage - Use your favorite recipe and
mix 4 spoonfuls of our coney sauce with the meat.
Then roll in cabbage.
Stuffed Peppers -
Use your favorite recipe and use a jar of our
Original or Zesty coney sauce instead of tomato
sauce. You will love it!
Spaghetti -
Use your favorite, Original, Zesty, or Hot coney
sauce for spaghetti or pasta. If you prefer,
mix in meatballs.
Chuck Wagon's Own Chili -
Add to a jar of your favorite flavor of coney
sauce. Add to taste: chili powder, cumin, and
kidney beans or pinto beans.
Aunt Louie's Party
Appetizers - You will need: Loaf of "party" rye
bread, 15 oz. jar of Cheez Whiz, 2 tablespoons
of mayonnaise, 1/3 cup onions, small can of
chopped black olives, bacon bits, your favorite
flavor of Chuck Wagon's Own coney sauce. Mix
together well, the Cheez Whiz, mayonnaise,
onions and black olives. Spread the mixture
on each individual party rye bread, sprinkle
with the bacon bits, and top with a spoonful
of your favorite coney sauce. Bake at 325 degrees
on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Make plenty,
because you can't eat just one!
Kickin' Coney Fries -
You will need: 1 (32-oz.) package of frozen French
fried potatoes
1 jar of your favorite flavor of Chuck Wagon's Own coney sauce
1 pack - shredded cheese
Prepare french fries as directed on package. Place french fries on a serving
platter. Spoon hot coney sauce over the french fries and top with shredded cheese.
Serve immediately.
